To be honest, I always believe in making the most of every moment in life. Giving your best shot and putting your best foot forward. When I was a kid , I was pampered to the core by my family and friends were life . Got married and blessed with a husband who is takes care of me like a kid.



2--How is your experience so far in the world of blogging?


 I have been in blogging since two years now and trust me it’s not a piece of cake. I give my soul to it because it’s my passion now. But what I have known so far , it’s a give and take system, no matter how genuine and raw you are.

Fish curry

Fish curry is one of the most loved dish that is eaten in my parent's house.My father is so much fond of fish curry that he can eat it on every alternate day.I also love fish curry.Its one of the most yummy and healthy dish.
There are many ways of making fish.I am sharing here the way in which my mother makes it.Only addition that i did is i have added coconut milk.

INGREDIENTS

1-SALMON skinless 3lbs.
2-Turmeric powder 2 tspn
3-Salt according to taste
4-5 garlic buds
6-1 large onion
7-1 teaspoon fennel seeds
8-1 teaspoon cumin seeds
9-1 teaspoon black pepper
10-2 large tomatoes
11-4 green chillies
12-1/4 cup coconut milk
13-2 tbspn fo frying fish and 3 tbspn for cooking
14-Fenugreek seeds
15-Red chilli powder  1 tspn

METHOD

1-Cut the fish in small pieces wash it and marinate it with 1 tspn turmeric powder and 1 tspn salt.Keep it for 1 hour.

2-In a mixer grinder jar take onion,garlic,black pepper,fennel and cumin and grind it finely.

A TRIP TO HELEN

Last Saturday we finally made it to Helen.
We were planning for a trip to helen from last two months but something or the other cropped up.And mainly my son had fractured his arm so we couldn't make it to helen at that time..Well last week we finally reached there.
A day trip to helen is more likely what people take but we decided to not rush and stayed a night back there so we could explore more of this beautiful ALPINE CITY OF GEORGIA.  Honestly i am in love with this place it has got one of the most beautiful views and amazing roads to travel.It took us 2 hours from Peachtree City to reach Helen. Main places of interest in Helen are ANNA RUBY FALLS and its small but beautiful downtown. It's downtown is so beautiful and simply looks like a set of some movie. And Anna Ruby falls is one majestic falls.

Chicken Pepper fry with gravy

Recipe of chicken pepper fry with gravy.
I am in love with this recipe.it tastes so yummmm n its easy to make...


Ingredients

1- 1 whole chicken cut in pieces

Spices for the pepper fry masala

2- 2 tbspn black pepper corn
3- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
4- 4 dried red chillies (you can add it according to your taste)
5- 1 tspn coriander seeds

6- 1tspn turmeric powder
7- Salt according to taste
8- 3 n 1/2 tbspn oil
9- 5 or 6 curry leaves
10-  2 medium sized onion finely sliced
11- 3 tomatoes
12- 4 or 5 green chillies
14- 1/3 cup coconut milk
15- Cilantro leaves for garnishing


Method

1-Dry roast all the spices on low flame until    they start giving aroma.switch of the    flame and let it cool down.
2-Once it cools down grind it dry in a    grinder and make a fine powder.
3-Wash the chicken pieces and in a big  bowl marinate it with 1 tspn turmeric and 1 tspn salt and 1 tbspn of pepper fry masala that u prepared earlier. 4-Let it marinate for an hour.

If i want to take my own decisions it doesn't mean that i dont want to respect others...
If I decide what is right or wrong and what is good or bad for me it doesn't mean that i don't care about others...
If i want my life's privacy and space it doesn't mean i want to disconnect from others ...
If my thinking doesn't match yours it doesn't means i am doing it wrong..

Dont judge me on the way of my living..
Dont try to change me..

There are days when i just want to dress up,let my hair down and get clicked by someone who doesnt make fun of me or get annoyed with me.
There are days when i want to break all the if's and but's and just enjoy my life to the fullest without being tensed ki log kya kahenge.
There are days when i dont want to answer someone and i dont want to be judged by someone.
There are days when i want to pour my heart out without being questioned by someone.
That day i will enjoy the most...
I want to throw this log kya kahenge stuff out of my life...

BIRYANI RECIPE

Today i am gonna share my biryani recipe with u all.There was a time when i used to get terrified by the name of making biryani.It felt like a long process and still not confirmed that it will come out good.But now with this recipe it has become a child's play for me to make biryani.
So lets begin the recipe...

INGREDIENTS 

For korma.....

1-Mutton 1.25 kgs
2-Yogurt/curd  1 cup
3-Medium sized onions sliced 2
4-A small piece of cinnamon
5-1 or 2 bay leaf
6-4 cloves
7-1 black cardamom
8-1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
9-1/2 tbspn turmeric
10-1/2 tbspn red chillie powder
11-1/2 tbspn coriander powder
12-5 green chillies
13-1 n 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
14-1/3 cup oil
15-Salt according to taste

For biryani rice.....

1-Rice 3 cups,i used parboiled rice.
2-2 inch stick of cinnamon
2-2 staranise
3-3 black cardamom
4-15 green cardamom
