Going through mental or physical stress is now very common because of our lifestyle...the amount of pressure we have to fulfill each and every desire of ours..to achieve something materialistic has made our life more robotic and we have become like a human machines who work..work and work all the time .If we are physically not working we have wired our brain in such manner that its working all the time.In such an exerting environment its so much necessary for us to relive and rewire our brain to boost its productivity...for healthy mind and healthy body.


A research conducted by a group of scientist shows how going outside and connecting with nature is good for our health and brain.Exploring the nature around us..connecting with the creations of god can help boost our mental and physical health,reduce the level of stress and make us more thankful to god for making us a part of his gorgeous creation.

Orange cranberry cookie

Sometimes cravings make you bake some amazing cookies...One of my favourite cookies.I can eat it until i am full and honestly i swear whoever's gonna try this will bless me for my recipe.😀
 Well coming back to my recipe...

INGREDIENTS

●2 n 1/2 cup oats flour
●1/4 cup multigrain or whole wheat or all purpose flour
●1 large egg
●1/2 cup granulated sugar
●1/4 cup brown sugar
●1/2 cup butter
●1 large egg
●1 tspn baking soda
●1/2 tspn salt
●2 tspn orange zest
●2 tbspn orange juice
●1 tspn vanilla essence
●1 n 1/2 cup dried cranberries

METHOD

●Line two cookie trays with parchment paper.
●Preheat oven to 375°F.
●Cream together butter,granulated sugar and brown sugar on medium high speed.



●Add in an egg and beat it again on medium high speed for one minute. 

●Now add in both the flour,orange zest,vanilla essence and orange juice and mix it using a spatula. 
●Add baking soda and salt and mix it.
●Now add dried cranberries and mix it.
●Take small portions of dough,roll it and flatten it,and then place it on cookies trays.

●Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.Take it out of the oven and let it cool on cooling rack.
●Enjoy it with tea or just like that.
